Fill-in Staff—From time to time hospitality house and Malachi youth staff need to step away from their current field assignments, but their ministries must somehow continue in their absence. We need skilled workers who can step in and continue their existing ministries until the staff can return. These critical fill-in needs vary from 1 to 6 months in length.

Teachers for Missionary Kids—Do you have training or experience in education? Would you like to teach children in an overseas environment? Cadence needs people like you to help educate the children of missionary families. You would work alongside our staff families by providing their children with a home school education.

Facilities Maintenance—Cadence needs skilled tradesmen who are able to travel to ministry sites around the globe to help us maintain our various facilities or assist in building projects. An ability to graciously adapt to foreign construction and maintenance challenges is essential.

Hospitality Hosts—Do you enjoy meeting new people and making them feel loved and welcome? Do you like to host and prepare meals for groups of people? Cadence needs people gifted in hospitality and service to assist our hospitality house and retreat directors in this way. These hospitality roles require a genuine servant’s heart.
